Mapungubwe National Park (A Unicef World Heritage Site)
Get ready for an adventure as we embark on a game viewing experience in the mysterious African bush. The park can be split into the Eastern and Western sections. We will cover each section on a one-day visit. The guide will confirm which section will be visited.
Mapungubwe Game Drives and Sightseeing tours
Enjoy a view over the confluence of the Shashe and Limpopo rivers where three countries meet – South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana.
The confluence lookout provides easy access to several lookout platforms that overlook the Limpopo and Shashe rivers.
Mapungubwe Interpretation Centre
The Interpretation Centre, an architectural masterpiece is located close to the main gate of the park.
The museum houses some of the most important finds from the Mapungubwe Hill including the Golden Rhino, Bowl, Sceptre etc.
Mapungubwe Rock Art
Mapungubwe also speaks of earlier times of human habitation. The San art in the area is estimated to be between 3000 and 1000 years old. Evidence of their occupation is documented in the 150 rock art sites.

Venetia Limpopo Reserve Game Drives
Explore the Limpopo Valley with its incredible sandstone cliffs and ancient Boababs. The game reserve is home to four of the Big Five (Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo) Morning and Sunset drives can be booked.
Crocodile Farm Adventure
Enjoy a morning learning more about these scaly creatures, followed by a fine dining lunch in the bushveld.
These tours are undertaken with the guidance of trained and qualified Ratho guides.
Schroda Dam Tiger Fishing
Spend the day on the Schroda Dam fishing for Tigers. Their fantastic skill to bite through a lure/bait is what makes them such an exciting fish to catch. Boat, fishing rods and tackle will be provided. If you do have your own, please let us know.
Upside-down Forest Picnic
Enjoy a lazy afternoon and picnic under the majestic trees. The Boabab Forest is the perfect location to experience the tranquility of the African bushveld.
Bird Watching
The Limpopo Valley is the ideal location for any bird watcher. We offer bird watching on the farm, from a hide as well as driving or walking in the bush. Details will be agreed on when booking is confirmed.
