HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASUREMENTS

Your health: It is very important to apply sunscreen. The African sun is scorching hot and powerful, even on cloudy or overcast days the UV levels can be high.
Basic amenities are provided at all lodges (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & soap. Please bring insect repellent to avoid uncomfortable situations.
It’s always a good idea to have a small medical kit with you when you travel.
We recommend comprehensive medical insurance when you travel to South Africa. Private health facilities are world-class.
Staying safe: Your Safety is our priority, and we will do anything in our power to keep you safe.
Like every other country, South Africa has its “no go” areas that tourists really should avoid. We won’t intentionally send you to these places and would ask you to be aware, wherever you are, of opportunistic crime – the kind you get all over the world.

Please do not leave your valuables on display, in a car, or in your hotel room. Use safes when these are provided and when not, lock your valuables away in your luggage or keep them with you.
We want you to be safe and feel safe and secure wherever you travel.
